LEARNING A LANGUE TAKES DAILY PRACTICE...
... AND THERE IS A LOT YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO HELP!
As the most important person in your child’s life, we invite you to support their Spanish learning. You can help your child by asking them to share what they have learned or what they remember from Spanish class. When you show interest and pride in your child’s growing Spanish skills, you build their confidence and help them succeed. Please encourage your child to take risks by encouraging them to “just try it” and not to worry about “being right”. Fluency in any language only comes after years of sustained exposure and practice. At this point, we’re exploring new sounds and cultures. Encourage your child to relax and to enjoy their favorite parts of Spanish time – realizing that each lesson is targeting a variety of learning styles and interests.
